Above are the big/grand brochure and its contents. The design is using silver as main color, emphasizing on modern and urban development.
Hoarding design is made eye-catchingly bright & modern. It is to be placed around the property during development.
CLIENT: CONCORD APARTMENT
The property is developed by PT Sandi Mitra Selaras, a member of Cowell Development Tbk with PT Pandega Desain Weharima/Planning & Development Workshop (PDW) as the architect. Estimated completion is on 2011.
We create complete Brand & Identity building from scratch, starting from the Mood, Logotype, Marketing Campaign Kit and Hoarding Design. Urban & modern design is created for the five-stars exclusive apartment in West Jakarta’s CBD.
